How to Apply for ESSA Membership

How to Apply
To apply for membership you must complete all sections of the ESSA Application form and submit all supporting documents:
Application for membership must include:
a) Non-refundable membership fee of £1,560 + VAT. Cheques to be payable to ESSA Ltd.
b) Audited balance sheets and profit and loss account for at least one year’s trading.
c) A copy of the Company’s public liability insurance document (minimum £2m).
d) Recommendation by two persons, firms or corporations, one of which must be a Full Member of ESSA/AEO/AEV.
All members of ESSA are full members and have voting rights, are able to use the ESSA logo and be listed as an approved supplier on the ESSA website.
ESSA reserves the right to ask for additional information in support of the application. Please note, no application for membership will be considered from a person, firm or corporation, which has not traded and does not have a proven track record of at least twelve months prior to the date of application.
The application will be reviewed by the secretariat and be posted on the ESSA website for a period of 14 days, allowing members to comment. If there are no objections or reasons why the application should be not be accepted during this period the application will automatically be successful and you will be informed accordingly.
