Fish appoints new worldwide CEO

Real-time measurement experts Fish Software have announced the appointment of former head of dmg world media, Mike Cooke, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman.

Heralded by many as the future of the exhibition industry, and likened to a combination of Google Analytics and GPS tracking software, the Fish system services many facets of the world of face-to-face marketing including business to consumer experiential, trade exhibitions and corporate events. Its software delivers powerful, insightful data to decision-makers through its unique tracking and measurement tools and is due to go live at the NEC and ExCeL in the summer. 

Cooke has been an influential figure in the publishing and exhibition industry for more than twenty five years, having launched many market-leading exhibitions and magazines. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of dmg world media in 1997 and since that time has taken the company from a UK publishing and exhibition company to the worldwide business it is today operating in 27 countries and with revenue of over US$ 400 million.
