The Opex Group and Early Action Group have announced that they will merge to form the largest UK owned event and exhibition service partner. The combined Group promises to transform the industry and give UK exhibitors, Organisers and Venues the most complete coverage, service and communications experience possible.
The combined entity will include Early Action Group, Stanco Exhibitions, ExpoSystems, Opex Venue Services, and ExCel InVision. It will have the largest venue presence through the UK, with operating bases in 7 major venues. The merged company will continue to be supported by Octopus Capital.

The company intends to propel itself beyond what are traditionally perceived as Contractor Services with a greater focus on developing propositions based on the way customers will partner with its services in the future. With the company’s new power and Scale, it also intends to ramp up o ers to the exhibitors, organisers and Venues, with the best propositions and value for Events across UK and beyond.
The new Group supports a varied range of customers, working in both the B2B and B2C markets.
