The e-Guide is a landmark online resource providing invaluable guidance for anyone working in venues in the UK.

This landmark online resource is for all AEO / AEV / ESSA member stakeholders. It's objective - to provide guidance for achieving required standards whilst working onsite at AEV member venues. This initiative is all about making industry life easier by finding and communicating ‘common ground’ regarding the application of regulations at UK event venues, specifically regarding exhibition business activity and is essential reading for venues, organisers, exhibitors and supplier companies.

The eGuide provides clear and straightforward guidance for achieving common standards of health, safety and operational planning, management and on-site conduct across UK event venues.  In addition the e-Guide provides guidance on areas such as risk assessment, build up, break-down and electrical testing.

Despite the focus on exhibitions, the featured guidance will have some relevancy to other types of event activity (such as conferences and other similar events) and therefore  invaluable for anyone working in venues in the UK
