    Job Overview:

    beMatrix (UK) is based in Thame, Oxfordshire but works over multiple establishments worldwide. We are international top five supplier of modular systems for the stand and event sector. As an innovative manufacturer, we’re experiencing fast growth and we are looking to expand our UK team.

    After a thorough introduction, you’ll become a key internal figure for our UK sales team. Working closely with our key internal accounts & sales director, you’ll be responsible for client advice concerning build ability, structural safety and value engineering. The ideal candidate should offer practical solutions to real time problems with, a focus on customer service.

    After closing an order, you’ll look after the further detailing of the project, by putting all articles in production and coordinate with your client concerning delivery dates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receiving enquires from the sales team or directly from the clients
    • Analysing each project and checking what further steps need to be taken
    • Discussing special projects or large projects with the UK sales team
    • The production of a detailed quotation plus CAD design via our internal software
    • You will illustrate and discuss the solutions with the client or the UK sales team
    • You will need to adapt solutions and possible remarks given by the client or the external sales
    • On agreement with the quotation, you pass on the order to HQ
    • You check for lead times with HQ
    • You give feedback to the client concerning delivery, order confirmation and payment conditions
    • You will be the the internal contact person for information, technical and commercial support, issues with delivery, transport



    • Technical Background with MA/BsC/HND/HNC
    • Customer focus: undertake actions based on the sensitivity, wishes and needs of the client
    • Communication: being able to give a message loud and clear, both written as verbal 
    • Process control: the capability to follow up projects, to make sure that it will reach the deadline
    • Cooperation: an active contribution for a collective result
    • Initiative: being proactive, coming up with proposals to improve the workflow
    • Flexibility: adapting your own behavior to certain situations


    • Previous experience using a CAD design software
    • Previous experience in a Project Management role
    • Previous experience in the Exhibitions and Events Industry
