Main Purpose
As an account manager your primary remit is to manage the relationship between Immersive AV and it’s clients, with the aim to increase loyalty, trust and account value. Additionally you will be tasked with coordinating the internal resources needed to service clients projects and rental requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve portfolio growth targets set by the Sales Manager
- Build and sustain productive client relationships
- Interpret client requirements accurately and influence where appropriate
- Manage your internal and external stakeholders to a high standard
- Proactively seek new business opportunities
- On site management of events
- Forecasting yearly revenue to report to sales manager
- Represent Immersive AV at industry events
- Increase and maintain knowledge of the events industry
Knowledge, skills and experience
Essential
- Previous sales and account management experience
- Knowledge of Audio Visual equipment & services
- Knowledge of the events industry
- Ability to work under pressure and have the flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Flexible approach to work and grow and develop as the role grows and develops
- A confident and assertive manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
