Freelance Project Manager (Exhibition Stands)

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER READY FOR A NEW CHALLENGE?

Creative8 are an established exhibition design and build company and we're looking for an experienced freelance project manager, focusing within exhibitions, to manage a range of medium and large scale projects. 

The ideal candidate will professionally represent our brand and confidently manage a project from contract, to completion. Sense of humour essential. 

Contract length: 3-6 months initially. Core working hours are 8hrs per day with flexi start times; site work and weekend work will be required. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Project implementation: liaison with designers/clients/production from concept to construction, ensuring builds meet specifications, communication with workshop team, running site, providing client support, managing project budgets and responsible for the overall success of the project

• Account handling: main contact on projects with full project control, coordinating multiple projects and prioritising time accordingly

• Liaising with show organisers, contractors and suppliers in all aspects of event planning and organisation 

• Drawing up/arranging all technical plans and graphic elevations (liaising with client, production and designers)

• Generating and checking print ready artwork for print production

• Managing and developing relationships with external suppliers, placing and generating all project orders 

• On site management of build, liaising with on-site crew and clients throughout 

• Representing Creative8's brand and standards at all times
