An invitation for ESSA members to book into the XEC Lounge at the NEC.

When we opened the XEC Lounge in January 2020 (great timing), we quickly realised that the space was not just for event days and use by exhibitors and delegates. The lounge was proving popular during the build period with industry professionals wanting to use the space for quiet work and project meetings.

As the industry begins the journey towards recovery, this has given us the idea to launch a membership programme for ESSA members to use the XEC Lounge (Piazza) and the XEC Hub (Atrium) as a hybrid work and meeting space. 

With dedicated WiFi and great coffee, both the lounge and the hub feature a number of solo work and meeting pods for quiet work and team meetings. In the Lounge, we also have an eight person boardroom with AV for presentations etc.

Our plan now is offer a limited number of corporate memberships to ESSA member companies or individuals who want unlimited access to use either space - think of this as your flexible workspace at the NEC.

How does it work?

The membership per person is £100 per month which will give unlimited access to the Lounge or Hub. For corporate memberships of five or more people, the monthly cost per person will be £75.00.

We are setting a limit of 100 members starting from the 1st March 2022.
