What Judges Are Looking For:

Judges will be looking for submissions that clearly demonstrate:

• Strong collaboration and a genuine team approach between the member and organiser
• A shared vision and open, effective communication
• Challenges overcome together and how they were handled
• Measurable outcomes that show the success of the collaboration (e.g. efficiency, innovation, sustainability, audience engagement)
• Testimonials or endorsements from the organiser highlighting the value of the partnership

Entry Requirements:

A written submission (maximum 1000 words) detailing:

• The results and benefits of the collaboration
• Specific roles and contributions of both parties
• The background of the collaboration
• Key objectives and how they were met
• Any challenges faced and how they were overcome
• Supporting evidence (optional but encouraged): images, videos, case studies, or quotes from the organiser
• Contact details for the collaborating organiser for reference purposes

• qualifying period is the 14^th of October 2023 to the 11^th of October 2024
