    Role Description

    Immersive AV is seeking a full-time Project Manager to manage technical delivery of projects from start to finish. Remote working in London is acceptable for this hybrid role however project locations will vary. The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring project progress, managing suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with strict timelines and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will report to the Projects Director, and support the wider team to deliver on-time and to-specification.

     

    Qualifications

    • Full clean UK Driving licence is preferred but not essential
    • Experience in project management of technical events within the conference and exhibition sectors.
    • Meticulous planning skills and attention to detail.
    • A broad technical understanding (ideally across all areas of video, sound, lighting and IT).
    • Commercial awareness and Budgetary skills - ability to effectively balance cost, quality and ensure profitability.
    • Flexibility to deal with the demands of working in the live event industry with the ability to facilitate overtime including early mornings, late evening and some weekend working
    • The ability and willingness to travel – it is expected that you will predominantly be working in and around the London area, however you will need to travel to our head office in Telford and further afield including abroad as required
