    Sales & Project Manager - Exhibitions

    Apex is a successful Exhibition design and build agency who have worked with corporate and business clients for over 35 years delivering exceptional exhibition stands across the UK and internationally.

    We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work with a portfolio of clients offering them support and guidance as well as managing their stand design and build from initial brief to on-site delivery and handover. The role combines client liaison and an element of sales with the ability to project manage the delivery of a successful exhibition stand.

    You will also work on pitching, responding to new enquiries and selling Apex positively in the secure knowledge that we are successful and creative, and offer first class customer service and quality.

    You will work within a motivated and friendly team and be supported by our in house 2D and 3D design studio.

    If this is familiar from a sales or project management perspective and you have worked in exhibitions in a client facing role, we would very much like to hear from you.

    IMPORTANT: Please don’t apply if you haven’t done the job previously. We won’t consider your application unless you can show evidence of at least 2 years’ experience in exhibitions.

    The job description will cover:

    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
    • End to end project management from brief/design to delivery.
    • Working on incoming enquiries and presenting client pitches.
    • Travelling to events and client meetings as required.
    • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.

    Your skills must include:

    • Great customer facing and communication ability.
    • Attention to detail and process control.
    • Supportive and team focused approach.
    • Excellent IT and MS Office knowledge.
    • Ability to create, manage and control project finances and budgets.
