This is a senior role so you will require an appropriate level of relevant experience.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Events Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality events and exhibitions. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, coordinate internal teams and external suppliers while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, in confident making decisions, and has strong experience in managing multiple events simultaneously. You will need to be flexible and resilient with exceptional problem solving skills and have experience in the exhibitions and events industry from an operational perspective. You will work closely with coordinators and logistical teams as well as onsite event suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee event projects from brief and proposal through to post-event evaluation in conjunction with other team members as required.
- Ensure effective use of project management systems to track project progress, costs, and deliverables.
- Own the client relationship: maintain regular communication, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interpret client briefs into creative, logistical, and budgetary proposals.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to meet project deadlines and quality standards in advance of the project and on site at each event.
- Oversee all logistical planning including transport, accommodation, staffing, and site access.
- Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Manage project budgets including quoting, cost tracking, and invoicing.
- Prepare project delivery and execution.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in events and exhibitions and project management
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple complex stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver multiple events under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional, approachable manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and confident using project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, budget management, planning and organisational skills.
