Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for driving ongoing growth of our customer based, prospecting, pitching and converting new clients before transferring them to the care of our Account Management team to remain focussed on proactively seeking out and converting your next prospects.
Leaning on Nimlok’s strong differentiators you’ll pursue good fit opportunities supported by extensive creative and sales resources equipping you to win.
Crucially you’ll also use your own creativity and sales experience to imagineer engagement tools that will drive your prospect’s sales team’s interactions at events.
You’ll be responsible for managing your pipeline with our customised CRM, maintaining a forecast and negotiating deals to optimise margin and lead-time.
Nature and scope:
Day-to-day responsibility for the self-generation of leads, whilst also working marketing supplied leads
Qualifying, pitching, negotiating and closing techniques need to be every bit as sharp as your appointment setting.
This role will require a genuine hunting instinct and door opening ability.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a regular contact strategy.
Effective qualification to ascertain quickly if the clients requirement is a match to Nimlok’s product offering. Ensuring time is managed effectively with quality opportunities.
High level of credibility on social media, advocate of social selling and positive networker.
Working both at Head Office and on site, the role may require UK / Worldwide travel and occasional nights away from home.
Working several events where we “exhibit exhibiting” enabling you to build your pipeline and develop firsthand experience that will help you advise and guide your prospects.
Decisions made in this role will have a significant impact on Nimlok’s professional standing.
Analyse and report market trends and competitor activities
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership of all allocated opportunities on CRM (Sugar) ensuring data is maintained and forecasted accurately in line with weekly reporting requirements.
Find, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
In conjunction with the Head of New Business, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with long term prospects.
Imagineer engagement tools that will drive your prospect’s sales team’s interactions at events.
Prepare and present creative proposals to potential clients ensuring our key differentiators visitor engagement tools and our bespoke hire formula are used to add and command value.
Collaborate with marketing, product development and operational teams to ensure our offering remains first class
Regularly attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company.
Ensure high conversion rate by securing prospect visits to our prestigious HQ & Showroom
