At Tecna, we’re expanding, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Estimating PM to join work across our teams at our Farnborough headquarters. If you’re an ambitious, confident self-starter ready to be part of a growing creative company, this full-time, permanent position could be the perfect fit for you.

As our Tecna Estimator, you’ll play a key role in project planning and cost analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative, Sales, and Operations teams to review project specifications, assess materials and production costs, and ensure accurate pricing.

 Your input will be essential to: 

  • Help determine and preserve project margins
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Support the delivery of competitive proposals that align with both client expectations and business objectives
  • Develop the list of Tecna approved suppliers
  • Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales and creative to provide quick, accurate costings and support ballpark pricing.
  • Own and progress our quoting tools – especially the ballpark sheet – and help make the process leaner and easier for the whole team.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal production to gather up-to-date costs, understand lead times, and flag viable alternatives.
  • Support margin reviews and collaborate with procurement and projects when quotes move towards ordering.
  • Reference comparable previous jobs to provide benchmarks and identify efficient, proven approaches.
  • Help ensure scopes of work are clear, and cost-informed.

Must Have:

  • UK Clean Driving License
  • Rights to Work in the UK
  • Ability to work at our HQ in Farnborough
