What is the eligibility criteria?Recognizing the significance of young individuals as the future of our industry, we place great importance on acknowledging their accomplishments in an industry that can be challenging yet highly rewarding. To be eligible for consideration, the nominee must be an employee of an ESSA member company and be 30 years old or younger. You can either nominate someone on their behalf or submit a self-nomination. In either case, the submission must be made under the name of an individual currently employed in any position by an ESSA member and who is under the age of 30 at the time of writing. What are the judging criteria?The judging panel seeks to evaluate how the nominee has entered the vibrant world of events and determine their worthiness of this esteemed recognition. In a concise submission of no more than 1000 words, we encourage you to highlight the individual's achievements. These accomplishments could span the past year or even encompass their journey from the very first day they joined your organization. Whether they are a recent graduate, an apprentice, or someone who has displayed exceptional talent since their time in school, we are eager to learn about their extraordinary contributions and growth beyond their peers and age group. Please feel free to upload examples of projects they may have worked on, client and or colleague testimonials to support any submission. |
