Every member is required to sign our Quality Service Charter and Code of Conduct, a commitment and promise to adhere to codes of best practice and provide the highest level of professional service.
Every new member application is sent for peer review to the whole of ESSA membership.
Members must provide proof of £5m Public Liability insurance (annually checked) and are subject to the associations credit and accounts checking for financial health, repeated quarterly.
In the event of a member defaulting under contract, the ESSA Bond is an insurance policy that will seek to recompense any loss incurred by the client (exhibitor, organiser or fellow member). *Subject to terms and conditions and qulaifying members.
