Career coaching and wellbeing advocate, Laura Capell-Abra, founded Stress Matters in 2017 in response to a need in the creative industry for support in workplace wellbeing.
Stress Matters now works with companies of all sizes, supporting them on their mental health first aid training, their wellbeing planning and stress management of their teams.
Laura also runs a coaching and development company called No More Ifs Or Buts, is a Visiting lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire and is an apprentice coach so has extensive knowledge of the generation entering our workforces.
Laura previously ran an international marketing agency called Sledge Ltd and over her career, has won a number of awards for clients, for agencies and has also gained personal recognition in the marketing industry.
Being recognised in awards such as the top 35 under 35 list and being voted number 36 in the Event Top 100 and being commissioned to write a For Dummies guide, Laura has the ability to translate complex subjects into accessible and fun content.
