Emma Lawrence has been with the business since day one, and took over the role of Managing Director in 2014 with a firm vision of where she wants to take DSA.

“I have seen DSA grow from a design and build event business, to a full service agency with capability to provide full engagement strategy. In turn, we have watched the event industry evolve over the past two decades and understand that a wider integrated engagement – coupled with rigorous ROI and KPI measurement - is essential for success.”

She continued, “As such, we have invested in getting the right talent on board in all areas of the business. From our 21 years of experience, we know where a bold creative concept with leading edge technology is appropriate or where a more tried and tested strategy of design and engagement will deliver the best results.”

Although DSA have numerous milestones to reflect back on over the past 21 years, their focus remains to firmly future facing. This year alone they have taken on board over a dozen new clients, but are proud of their decade long working relationship with many more.
