The Programme...
In this interactive workshop you will be covering what stress, mental health and wellbeing is. With the use of individual and group activities you will explore the reasons people get stressed and understand the impact on emotions.
We will investigate the symptoms of stress and observe how they affect us and others around us; before discovering your own stress management techniques that will help you become more resilient.
The second part of the day will focus on soft skills to help manage stress in the workplace. This includes practical ideas on how to be more assertive, useful time management techniques and the importance of clean sleep.
We will then finish the day learning about different approaches you can adopt to stressful situations and create a 10-point plan to improve resilience when life gets overwhelming.
