We are looking for ESSA members who exemplify the values and mission of ESSA and represent the industry as a whole.

 

What is the eligibility criteria?

Recognizing the significance of young individuals as the future of our industry, we place great importance on acknowledging their accomplishments in an industry that can be challenging yet highly rewarding. To be eligible for consideration, the nominee must be an employee of an ESSA member company and be 30 years old or younger. You can either nominate someone on their behalf or submit a self-nomination. In either case, the submission must be made under the name of an individual currently employed in any position by an ESSA member and who is under the age of 30 at the time of writing.
