Stand for Election to the ESSA Board
Each year a quarter of the ESSA board who has served a fixed term must either step down or seek re-election if they wish to stay on the Board. At this point, it is also an opportunity for other individuals to seek election.
If you are interested in standing for election to the ESSA Board (full and associate level membership are eligible) you are required to seek a fellow member to propose your nomination.
Full information together with guidelines are outlined on the nomination form. If you would like to discuss further the role and responsibilities involved in being a Director of the ESSA Ltd Board, please speak to the ESSA Director, Andrew Harrison
The deadline for submission of nomination forms is 11am on THURSDAY 19TH JUNE 2025. Forms received after this time/date will not be counted.
Voting and Proxy
Voting will be conducted online prior to the AGM itself. All votes are anonymous. As per the association rules, Full Members and Associate Members are entitled to one vote per company. There will be no on the day voting at the AGM. A link to access the online voting portal will be emailed out to each member main contact eligible to vote at 2pm on Thursday 19th of June 2025. The portal will close Wednesday 25th of June at 5pm.
