Project specification: Please note that we have an in-house graphic designer, so we will prepare the artwork ourselves. Could you kindly provide the exact size specifications for the panels and overhead graphics, as well as the artwork requirements such as file format, resolution, bleed, safe margins, and color mode. We would also appreciate receiving your quotation including installation and uninstallation services after event.
We would like to request a quotation for a one-stop service for exhibition stand installation and furniture rental. The stand will require a basic setup with standard decoration, including Foamex overlay graphics installation and removal for 5 inner stand panels and 2 overhead panels. Installation support will be required during setup, as well as uninstallation and dismantling after the event. For furniture rental, we will need 1 counter, 1-2 table, and 4 chairs.

Project specification: We’re exhibiting at Rewired this coming March and, due to some last minute circumstances, we’re assessing options to hire some additional on-site help for our stand setup and breakdown.

What we’d need help with (build & breakdown):
To assemble - 3 x Lightbox frames & a pop up counter
Assembly and positioning of three portable LED lightbox frames (slot-together frames with fabric graphics) to fit the 4m x 3m space
Either just lightbox assembly - we drop off and leave the team to quickly build, or if it is an option, we could do with some assistance in terms of the vehicle queueing before build & breakdown but not sure if this is feasible to outsource? This is a very new concept to me so just trying to see how we can best make it work as there are only 2 of us attending the show with the need to load/unload, man the show, build & break at present!
