Parking
There is ample free parking.
The University have introduced ANPR parking in ALL CAR PARKS on and around campus, this also includes Radcliffe and Scarman, with this in mind delegates will be required to pre-register their vehicle ahead of their arrival via the link below, this will guarantee complimentary parking. Please advise delegates to follow the below steps:

Upon Arrival:
Please make your way to the main entrance of The Slate. This is the large glass fronted building in the centre of the campus. The main doors will be clearly signposted and the ESSA Team will be on hand to welcome you.
Pre Dinner Fizz 1830
Please join us for a glass of something fizzy, or a beer…or something non-alcoholic. We’ve got you covered.
Call to Dinner 1915
You will be called to dinner at approximately 1915
- There will be more entertainment throughout the dinner service and we respectively request that guests remain seated during performances.
Music and dancing will start after the ESSA Awards are announced.
Close - Midnight.
Post midnight networking
The main hotel bar located in the heart of the hotel will remain open after our event has closed into the early hours. The hotel request that guests be mindful of residents when leaving the bar at a late hour and that noise be kept to a minimum. Should the hotel feel that guests are acting in a dis-respectful manner the hotel reserve the right to close the bar at any time.
