Getting to the venue
Parking
There is ample free parking.
The University have introduced ANPR parking in ALL CAR PARKS on and around campus, this also includes Radcliffe and Scarman, with this in mind delegates will be required to pre-register their vehicle ahead of their arrival via the link below, this will guarantee complimentary parking. Please advise delegates to follow the below steps:

2. Fill in “Personal Details”, check the “Booking Summary” is correct
3. Add the promotional code: OFAWG (this promotional code will then reduce the price to £0.00) - Click “Book now”

Upon Arrival:
Please make your way to the main entrance of The Slate. This is the large glass fronted building in the centre of the campus. The main doors will be clearly signposted and registration and breakfast will be hosted here.
The main conference takes place in the same building as registration/breakfast.
Registered for the sales masterclass? The sales conference will take place in an adjoining building from 1100 and 1500. You will be collected shortly before this starts by members of the ESSA team and led to this room during a brief break in proceedings following the opening keynote. This will all be communicated again on the day.
Registration and Networking 0830 - 0945
Please make sure that you register at the ESSA Desk in the pre-function area and collect your delegate badge, have a coffee, breakfast, peruse our sponsors offerings and meet up with your fellow delegates for a quick catch up before the conference starts.
Conference Chair Welcome 0945
We have lots to squeeze into our day so please may we ask that you are seated by 0945 so that we can make a prompt start (thank you) . Please be aware that there will be no breaks during the morning session which will last just over 2 hours.
Lunch 1200 - 1300
Lunch will be served in the pre function area. Please return to the main conference room by 1300. If you’re registered for the sales masterclass, you will be returning to the same room you were in before lunch.
Coffee Break 1500 - 1530
All guests now join us back in the main conference room for our final key note.
Conference Round Up 1630 - 1645
We would be grateful if delegates could leave the conference room immediately once the conference finishes at 1645 in order that the room can be re-dressed for the Dinner and Awards taking place later that evening – your co-operation is greatly appreciated – thank you.
The bar in the main campus building will be open for conference delegates who wish to continue networking after the conference has finished and are not needing to return to hotels in preparation for the evenings dinner and awards.
