Barmotion UK returned to Cleves School, Weybridge with the Equippers Church UK on Saturday 16th October, 2021, this time to bring our coffee bars to the For Her conference, an event to celebrate womanhood and bring people together.

Alexia Swart, our managing director, explains, “Like the previous event, it was an early start with a very tight brief and we were given a very short window to provide 210 servings of coffee. We once again provided delegates with their drink of choice during each 30-minute break.”

Suzi Gordon of the Equippers Church Uk, said, “You guys never fail to amaze us! The conference was a huge success and we have you to thank for that. The team were so proactive during lunchtime, going around the tables to take orders and deliver drinks - this was a huge help. On a day of celebration, Barmotion’s presence added greatly to the atmosphere we were aiming for.

“The best way to describe you guys is consistent quality- yet again the staff were amazing with coffee to match. The team went above and beyond to provide friendly service and truly helped ensure the day went smoothly. Thanks for joining us again and we look forward to working with you again in the future!”

Swart concluded “It was a pleasure to be able to work with the Equippers Church again, every experience with them is a positive one. Even with the experience from our last event with them, it was a tight timescale but once again our rock stars showed how capable we are.”
