I'm delighted to share that High Flying Events Crew won the ‘Best Customer Service Award’ in the SME National Business Awards at Wembley Arena last night.
As ex/current highly trained Airline Cabin Crew, we are thrilled that our years of training and extensive skill sets are continuing to be put to good use. We are highly trained customer service professionals and excel at delivering outstanding levels of customer service.
During the pandemic, thousands of us were sadly made redundant from various Airlines.
We didn't let the dust settle for too long, and we weren't quite ready for the scrap heap.
We picked ourselves up, reunited and formed High Flying Events Crew. We continue to do what we do best, this time at Sea level.
Whatever the event, we always represent our client's brand with pride and always strive to deliver First Class Service.
This award has meant the world to the team and me.
