This landmark achievement places Full Circle among an elite group of organisations leading the exhibitions and events industry in environmental responsibility and sustainable innovation.
Full Circle’s Tier 5 Accreditation adds to a growing list of industry accolades and is a significant step forward in the company’s mission to foster a more sustainable, ethical, and inclusive future for the events industry.
The ESSA Sustainability Accreditation provides a rigorous, independently verified framework that measures organisations against a wide range of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. Achieving Tier 5 status signals not only compliance with best practices but genuine leadership, measurable progress, and a deep-rooted commitment to driving sustainable change across the events and exhibitions ecosystem.
During the accreditation process, Full Circle met key criteria in areas such as waste reduction, carbon footprint management, sustainable procurement, community engagement, and staff wellbeing.
Steve Comar, CEO of Full Circle, commented: “Achieving Tier 5 is a real milestone for us and a testament to the hard work of our entire team – especially our passionate Green Team. Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword at Full Circle; it’s part of how we operate, plan, and deliver. We’re proud to be leading the charge in creating greener, more responsible events, and this recognition from ESSA gives us even more motivation to keep pushing forward.”
Josh Taylor, H&S manager at ESSA, said: “It’s been great to see how seriously Full Circle have taken sustainability, not just ticking boxes but really making it part of how they do business. A brilliant achievement and thoroughly well deserved.”
