Callum joins the business following nine months working closely with Symbiosis in a consultancy role. During this time, he partnered with the leadership team to develop pricing strategy, market positioning and the sales pipeline, while supporting the Sales and Account Management function to build momentum and consistency.
In his new role, Callum will lead Symbiosis’ long-term commercial strategy across the business, with a focus on sustainable growth, stronger partnerships, improved profitability and increased efficiency.
