Cheltenham Festival is always about more than racing. It is a celebration of style, atmosphere and unforgettable moments, where every detail contributes to the experience.

One of the most talked-about moments was The Orchard.

Positioned at the entrance to one of the Festival’s most popular hospitality areas, The Orchard created an immediate sense of arrival. Designed and built by the NGCS team, the installation combined blossom trees, layered planting, beautiful floral detail and carefully considered styling to create a space that felt immersive, welcoming and distinctly Cheltenham.

More than simply an entrance feature, The Orchard became a destination in its own right. Thousands of racegoers stopped to take photographs, meet friends and soak up the atmosphere before heading into the Festival. Throughout the week it became one of the most shared and recognisable backdrops across social media, capturing the sense of occasion, excitement and elegance that defines Cheltenham.

The installation also reflected what Natural Green Creative Spaces does best. The team does not just provide plants or décor. They create spaces that make people feel something. Spaces that help brands and venues stand out, encourage people to linger, and leave a lasting impression long after the event has ended.

Alongside The Orchard, NGCS delivered planting and styling across a number of hospitality and public areas, helping to create flow, soften spaces and bring colour and texture to the Festival environment. Every detail was designed with the visitor experience in mind.

As the Festival once again demonstrated, memorable events are built on memorable moments. The Orchard proved that when nature, creativity and experience come together, even an entrance can become one of the highlights of the week.
