Symbiosis has expanded its in-house manufacturing capabilities with the installation of a new EFI Pro 32r+ LED large format printer, representing a significant investment in production capacity, print fabric graphics have become an increasingly important part of modern exhibition and event design, and Symbiosis has been producing premium-quality fabric graphics for clients for many years. The investment in the EFI Pro 32r+ takes that capability to the next level, delivering even greater colour accuracy, sharper detail, faster production and a more sustainable print process, while giving clients even greater confidence in the quality and consistency of their finished graphics.
The EFI Pro 32r+ was supplied by CMYUK, a long-standing supplier partner to Symbiosis. The companies have worked together for many years, with CMYUK providing expertise and support across a range of print technology investments.
With the ability to print media at speeds of up to 265m² per hour, the EFI Pro 32r+ substantially increases production capacity at Symbiosis' Andover manufacturing facility. Advanced UltraDrop Technology delivers exceptional colour accuracy, crisp detail and smooth gradients, while energy-efficient LED curing supports a broader range of materials with lower power consumption. Improved ink efficiency also reduces ink consumption, lowering both operating costs and environmental impact without compromising print quality.
The investment means more work can be produced entirely in-house, giving clients the benefits of faster lead times, complete quality control and greater flexibility when projects evolve or deadlines become more demanding.
