As we close out the year, I keep coming back to something I shared after the ESSA Conference. This community thrives because of the imagination, empathy and collaboration each of you brings to the events industry every single day. It’s what makes our work meaningful because we are an industry that is built on our relationships, and we are nothing without them.

This year, as technology made significant leaps into our lives, one simple truth stood out even more clearly: that whilst technology can make us smarter and faster, it’s people who give our industry its heart. Thank you for bringing imagination, empathy and connection to everything you do.
