The ESSA Logistics Working Group recently met to address ongoing challenges in identifying official exhibition contractors for events. As part of the Event Information Portal Project, ESSA has been actively working to source accurate contractor details from event organisers; however, responses have often been limited. This lack of transparency reinforces the need for clear, reliable, and easily accessible contractor information to streamline improve event planning efficiency.
