Every member is required to sign our Quality Service Charter and Code of Conduct, a commitment and promise to adhere to codes of best practice and provide the highest level of professional service.
Every new member is asked to provide a verified reference from an ESSA, AEO or AEV member and a recent client.
Members must provide proof of full insurance along with the previous 12 months of accounts for vetting.
In the event of a member defaulting under contract, the ESSA Bond is an insurance policy that will seek to recompense any loss incurred by the client (exhibitor, organiser or fellow member). *Subject to terms and conditions.
