The Future Focus Board are very pleased to bring you two info graphics containing the headline results of the two pieces of research they conducted this year.
A key element of the groups focus is to provoke and lead thought amongst our membership on the topic of talent nurturing and retention and the single hope is that this small piece of research, presented back to members in an easy to digest way will do just that. But be reminded, this information came from a cross section of ESSA member companies and young employees from within.
This initial research will form the basis of the next years’ worth of activity from the group, starting with two breakout sessions at the ESSA Conference in late November (get booking) and over the coming weeks, the group will be announcing some exciting plans for early 2020.
