The first Cross Association working group of the year met at ExCeL London earlier this month. HR professionals from across the three associations joined forces and expertise to explore mental health first aid.

Martin Cairns, Commercial Director, Reeds Carpets, having served on the Board as a member for 9 years and vice chair for 2 years, has officially succeeded Chris Criscione as the ESSA Chair.

Individuals from the Electrics Technical and Technology working groups welcomed the opportunity to attend the ESSA Conference at Arena MK on 29 November 2018.

Working in partnership with UFI, ESSA Member Explori, having surveyed 135 countries in 18 languages and receiving over 13,000 responses, last month launched the largest ever study of the trade show visitor experience globally.

The Event Industry Board Talent Taskforce Survey has successfully gathered responses from across the entire UK Events industry about how the sector attracts, develops and retains its talent.  This is the first time such an abundance of rich data has been collated and now the project is moving onto its next stage.

The Event Services and Suppliers Association (ESSA) has announced that it has joined UFI, The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, in the ‘Association’ category.
